Prices - Current prices are those of the list. The seller has the right to modify them according to cost increase without obligation to inform Customers. We recommend to require confirmation prices.

Minimum invoice - € 250,00 + IVA

Packing - Included.

Delivery - Goods are always sold and delivered ex-works.
Shipments are always at buyer’s risk and cost.

Guarantee - Tools quality is guaranteed by the seller, on conditions that the item has been properly employed by the utilizer and does not present any tampering caused by wrong use.

Claims - Any claim for wrong shipment or defect must be addressed to the seller, in written way, within 8 days from goods receipt.

Goods on return - Goods on return are not accepted if not previously agreed with the Company.

Payment - In case if delayed payments, interests will be calculated from maturity.
